FITAKI White Cheese is produced from 100% fresh cows’ milk by highly qualified professionals, who are specialised in traditional recipes. Thanks to the brine, FITAKI White Cheese retains its freshness for a long time. And the special vacuum foil of the packaging perfectly preserves its wonderful aroma.
Valuable ingredients
The brine in which FITAKI White Cheese is stored is a natural product consisting only of water and salt. The brine possesses the properties of a preserving agent; i.e. it increases the shelf lives of the foods put in it.
Storing
If after opening a package of FITAKI White Cheese, you do not use the entire amount of the cheese, please follow the instructions below:
You may store the remaining cheese in a plastic box or in a small glass jar. Pour some olive oil over the cheese and store it in the fridge between 2°C and 8°C. In addition, you can also add fresh or dried herbs to the oil – for example, rosemary, oregano, thyme or basil. This will infuse the cheese with exquisite Mediterranean aromas.
