Salad with FITAKI and walnuts

Ingredients for 4 servings

FITAKI in Oil 100 g

Lettuce (batavia, iceberg or endive) 1 head

Tomatoes 2

Red onion 1

Shelled walnuts 50 g

Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • 1 Rinse, dry and cut the lettuce leaves. Rinse the tomatoes, remove the core and cut them into wedges. Clean the onion and cut it into half rings. Chop the walnuts.
  • 2 Mix all ingredients and season with oil from the FITAKI in Oil jar. Add salt and pepper to taste.
So that the leaves remain crispy, leave them to soak in cold water with a teaspoon of sugar for several minutes.
